About Castell Park
Castell Park is a family-run farm in Queensland's beautiful Somerset Region.
After purchasing the farm in 2022, we welcomed our first flock of Hy-Line hens in 2025 and began producing high-quality, pasture-raised free-range eggs. Alongside our hens, we also run a herd of cattle and are continually working to improve the health and productivity of our land.
Our Journey
We're at the beginning of our regenerative farming journey and are committed to learning, improving and adopting practices that support healthier soils, thriving pastures and a more sustainable future for our farm.
Our hens are raised on fresh pasture and moved regularly to new paddocks where they can roam, forage, scratch and dust bathe as nature intended. With plenty of space, fresh air and attentive care, they enjoy a truly free-range lifestyle.

We believe that caring for our animals and the land goes hand in hand. Whether it's producing quality eggs, managing our cattle, or improving our pastures, we're focused on building a farm that can be enjoyed for generations to come.

Our favourite way to get our eggs to you is to deliver them straight to your door with our own van. That way they're fresh from the farm for your breakfasts and baking.
We drive our eggs directly from the farm to you. Booking direct creates fewer food miles than buying from a store, so you are being as kind to the planet as we are to our birds.
